I would have said BPI 1MR previously, because it does have pretty intense effects but sometimes it makes me feel sick.

I used Mr. Hyde for a little while and it was strong to the point that I just felt dehydrated and awful. Don't recommend. If you really need tons of caffeine just buy caffeine pills on amazon.

All pre workouts talk about giving you "explosive energy", but Hyde is the only one I've tried that actually delivers.

Just buy caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, citrulline and maybe some taurine and flavouring and mix it in a big old tub. Usually at least four times cheaper for better amounts of the ingredients

Just got some six star on sale at CVS, probably going to do 3 scoops for that skin crawling feeling.

Caffeine and taurine are the two "go" ingredients.
Beta Allanine is what makes your skin tingle, also Vit. B.
Citrulline? I think muscle absorbing, I'd just take iron supplements.

Basically Creatine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine are the magic mix that has any acctual use.

Try taking BCAAs, they don't do much but for me anyway as dumb as it sounds drinking brightly colored mystery juice makes me feel jacked up regardless of what it actually is

Best preworkout for me has been eating lots of chicken to get about 5g of creatine during the day and then lots of coffee. I've put 20kgs on my squat in the last month since I started eating chicken every day. You can get BCAAs from a lot of foods I'd never take that as a supplement. Most supplements aren't scams, but you can get everything from them in a half decent diet
