tin of lentils
half tin of kidney beans
couples slices of brown bread and butter
handful spinach

About 120g protein and I eat like this twice a day with an additonal cottage cheese meal and breakfast (four poached eggs and brown toast)

Brocolli, Carrots, bell peppers, canned mackerel and some tomato pasta sauce. I like it because it's something I can make in 10 mins and is also quite good. Replace the mackerel with chicken breast and you got a very high in protein meal too.

For Iunch I had a big salad of spinach, tomatoes, radish and other green things with a bit of cheese. Also had a bowl of beans.

just eaten a meal I prepped sun. organic pasta sauce, canned dice tomato, whole wheat pasta, ground turkey. around 50g protein and around $2.33 per meal

quick stirfry

>olive oil in wok
> salt and pepper then cook sirloin strips till 75% done & set aside. don't drain the juices
>minced ginger, garlic, and scallion
>when smells dank, deglaze with some white wine or rice vinegar
>a tad more salt and pepper
>add veggies (broccoli, snow peas, bell peppers, mushrooms
>add about 2 tbsp of some kind of broth (chicken, beef or veggie)
>once 75% cooked, drizzle with a modest amount of fish sauce and onions sauce
>add sirloin back
>toss until desired doneness
>serve over rice or not depending on your daily carb situation
>toss in some siracha

OP here, here's what I have tonight. Pretty much the same but with eggs instead of beans.

Change the olive oil to coconut (higher smoke point = less carcinogenic and better flavor in high heat cooking). Don't deglaze with vinegar. Add a tbsp of cornstarch mixed with a tbsp of water after the sauce starts simmering to make it thicc . Otherwise sounds solid. Might want to also consider adding either dried or fresh chiles (depending on what your local chink market sells) for heat since the sugar in sriracha actually adds up quick if you like shit very hot
