How long have you been lifting for? How much protein do you eat a day? Bulking is not all about just eating loads, you need to know what you eat.

I've been going for half a year only once a week but pretty consistently only in the past few months which is where I've made most of my strength gains.
I've been eating pretty fine but I never stopped eating even when I wasn't going to the gym.

A big problem was not taking it seriously at the beginning I never had much time with two jobs and school. Now that it's over I'm getting much better with my form and consistency fixed.

I am primarily lifting for aesthetics desu. When you mean lift more do you mean add more reps or more exercises? I'm following starting strength by mark rippetoe which mainly incorporates the bench, dd and squat.
Probably. I've never really had a problem with cutting however, a few years back when I was 20 I was 81 kilos and cut down to seventy two with no issues. Literally just eating less.

Probably could be because you aren't having enough carbs, try a diet where you have high carbs on the days you are lifting and low carbs on the days you aren't

I was assuming it would be good for you cause then when your lifting you would have more energy. Lean lifting does work, but you need to have more carbs so your body doesn't take protein when it needs energy
I really had problems with energy in the first month, but then I pretty much got used to it.
I dunno what it could be then. I'm not really good at this so I'm assuming the only other issues would be there's with your form or what you eat before you lift
