My shoulder muscels grow so slowly for some reason
He looks like a teenager i guess he's still growing

if you are 18 or over I would advise you to take growth hormone or anabolics cuz there is no point in natty lifting in your case

You are cursed with narrow shoulders
read the sticky
Your balding should probably be your number 1 priority. For a beginner you look fine. Just lift, eat, and get enough sleep and time will aid you. As far as the shoulders thing, yeah, yours are kind of narrow, you probably won't be competing but you're already better than most of the slothful morons you see wandering about in this god awful world.
balding? :DDD
You don't see that your hair is thinning? I don't know how old you are, but if you're 18 I'd say you've got till 25-28 before you're more or less completely bald.
damn
Get an actual haircut, get some sleep and you'll be fine. That retard buzz is really throwing me off.
I always just shave my head
>t. Retard
OP dont listen to this dyel.
Hey OP, just dont neglect your shoulders man. You don't need to do faggot side lateral raises and 5 sets for each delt.
Just make sure your doing your barebell OHP.
Do seated dumbbell OHP (set the bench one click back from vertical).
These will help your front delts and overall shoulder strengh (plus good bench carry over)
Do standing dumbell press for those mid delts.
Face pulls for your rear delts.
Overral you look great for a beginner. Once you fill out your shoulders you'll look even bigger. Give them the love they deserve. Dedicate a day to shoulders (and biceps)
Thanks for the advice :)
Never understood why anyone would want to show their face on this website.
Yeah you look good for a beginner

Traps and delts are even more dyel than the rest of you. For now just eat and focus on getting stronger.
Hit some pike push ups fagit!
never ever train delts. never. this is best advice you got. NEVER
Best way to hit delts without equipment?
bump this
Sounds good. I throatsing too occasionally. Actually a lot finns do.
Same idea as OP. I used to lift but stopped cause I'm a lazy faggot.
5'4 / 125lb. I'm convinced that I have a small frame, but is it true? My target weight is ~145-150lb
