I tried it for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Was eating twice a day and I ate every time I got hungry, no restrictions. Went from 13% bf to 11% and weight stayed the same. Was sleeping ~6 hours a night down from 8-9 and feeling so energized when I woke up I HAD to do at least 30 minutes of cardio cause I had too much energy. I can't continue with it right now because of reasons but I'll definitely go back to it in the future.

It's not a meme diet if you have severe food intolerances like Jordern peterstien or his daughter. Also you have to consume organ meats like heart and liver if you're being serious and trying the emulate a deep winter caveman diet. Flesh meats are really not that amazing for you compared to organ meats, but people dislike the taste. This is why Carnivore is considered a meme diet, because you have healthy people just eating slabs of flesh meats with low nutrition and justifying it with 'Muh ancestors'

carnivore is less of a meme than retarded keto diets that are loaded with fat and have mediocre ammounts of protein, the reason why a lot of ketocels feel great on carnivore is due to the protein intake boosting their blood sugar levels and muscle mass.

It's especially good for people with weak immune systems who cannot deal with the toxins in plant foods. All the beneficial effect from vegetables actually comes from the toxins in them. Normal people have a strong enough immune system that average quantities of vegetables will have a hormetic effect(low quantities of toxins elicit a response in the body that ends up being net positive). You are more likely to be able to tolerate vegetables that your direct ancestors were eating all the time. Eating carnivore will completely eliminate the stress plant toxins place on the body, especially since most people are in fact mildly allergic to at least some plants but don't know it, which leads to mild skin issues, digestive issues, fatigue, mood/depression, etc. While most people don't need a carnivore diet to be healthy, if you want to be serious about your long term health I would recommend literally anyone to do a carnivore diet for 3 weeks for elimination purposes and then reintroduce vegetables one at a time in order to see how your body reacts to it. After 3 weeks your tolerance to the toxins will lessen so if you were mildly allergic to it before you will likely have a stronger more noticeable reaction to it, which makes it much easier to figure out what you can and can't eat for perfect health.

Omnivore is more convenient and sustainable. It’s easier to get your protein, fats, carbs, and vitamins; micro and macros are easier to meet. Vegan and carnivore diets are okay, it’s just a lot of people on both sides are the “well I’m actually [vegan/carnivore], I know nobody asked but I only eat [food type].” Variety Who just seem to want to be part of the group and feel like they’re some kind of dietary martyr(maybe that’s more so vegans, but still). Despite what vegans will tell you, it’s not good for muscle and strength training. It CAN be done with extreme strictness, but that gets expensive too. The only vegans who are actually strong tend to be super fuckin’ fat, or are on gear, inb4 alphadestinys natty. Carnivores usually just dislike veggies but don’t go and eat their organ meats that have all the vitamins they’re not getting. A true carnivore diet utilizes a fuck ton of organs and not just the flesh meats we prefer, but most people don’t like organ meats.

Wolves and other carnivores have small intestines which allows them to easily digest enzymes from meat. Humans are the opposite and have a 20 ft small intestine that makes it longer to digest and break down as said enzymes from meat.

Anecdotes have no control, no methodology, no validation and no repetition. They are not valid data.

The only problem I see with it is kidney stones. There is a kind made when people eat too high of a protein diet. I have little to no problem with it as a detox thing.
But the best thing I think to do is go on an elimination diet first like jp daughter did, no point in being a guinea pig without good evidence that there is a likelyhood it’s in your interest.
