Here's the thing, if you're looking for ways to still eat bullshit like pancakes you ain't never gonna make it. Just eat some fucking meat, rice and veg. This is the one recipe you need.

You’ll never make it either if your nutrition is too restrictive either. Making protein pancakes every once in a while doesn’t equate to being a fat slob still addicted to sugar you fucking neanderthal. Half this recipe and you get a quick and healthy snack that could easily fit into any reasonable nutrition plan.

It's literally only oats + eggs + cottage cheese, blended into a pancake you could put sugar-free syrup on.
Did you even read the fucking thing? There are 60g+ protein in them.
I add a little banana, cinnamon, and the vanilla extract suggested to mine.
This recipe works, of all the shitty ones out there, this one definitely works.

Chicken+rice gets boring real fucking quick. I tried eating chicken every morning and after 2 weeks couldn't look at it without wanting to puke.

Do you aim to get 2x your body weight in proteins? I'm at 225 lbs and can't imagine eating 400g of protein in chicken.

>drain water
>add lil bit of onions sauce, water salt pepper in bowl
>put said noodles in there like 10 mins
>heat up second pan
>add olive oil chives and ground chili
>add noodles
>crack 6 eggs
>scramble and pour into pan
>low heat for 7-10 mins

Eat the steak, clean and eat the mackerel, and drink the blood. Eat the rice salad. Should hold you over for two days.
