Post your body. Every pro-fasting poster on this board loses 30 lbs by literally not eating and thinks they've struck gold- never seen one poster that shows body and has any muscle at all.
Best advice in the thread so far. Also you could make cabbage soup. It was a big trend in the 80s, a whole bowl is 30 calories max.

The black coffee user is correct too - I’m following a 1600kcal diet + gym days to drop fat fast for my plan to become a super-villain. I have to be healthy first.
additionally, I’d recommend doing activities you enjoy or reading(may be included) to distract yourself from the hunger.
