1 boiled egg in the morning, protein shake in the evening.
doesn't stop the desire to binge snacks and shit though.

Eat 200grqms of berries which is maybe 60 calories at most then I drink 1.5 litre of sparkling water. If I'm still hungry I eat an orange and drink more. Gets some Micros in and helps looksmax my skin through hydration too.

The only time hunger really bothers me is bedtime, and any stimulants around that time keeps me up all night

I eat a protein-rich meal or snack like cottage cheese or greek yogurt (+1/2 scoop proton for flavor) and measure that shit like an autist. Keeps me honest, fed, and satisfied.

I just try to drink lots of water and keep myself occupied. If you feel peckish and want to eat a sandwich it’s only because you’re bored. I felt that way and so I read a book and drank 2 liters of water over the course of 5 hours and was exactly as hungry as I was 5 hours earlier.

For reducing sugar cravings, I found that consuming at least a teaspoon of cinnamon powder with my oatmeal helped a lot. The best way to reduce your hunger/appetite (imo) is to start doing intermittent-fasting; it will be a little difficult in the beginning but after a few weeks you'll be able to control it very easily without feeling tired. Don't rely on stimulants (definitely not nicotine, wtf) because you'll start binging uncontrollably without them.
Green-tea extract supplements helps with the metabolism too. For the psychological aspect, stare at your body in the mirror several times a day, grab the flabs and call yourself a disgusting pig (really do it). Whenever you're tempted to buy junk at the grocery store then think about the mirror image of yourself and the goal you want to achieve. And look around for a landwhale in the store and imagine that being you if you buy that junk food. Re-wire your brain to feel disgusted at the sight of junk-food and it will eventually get ingrained so that you'll have zero cravings for it. Aka self cognitive-behavioral therapy.
