You don't look that bad, you have a high body fat percentage but I can see some muscle underneath. I'd recommend you eat at a calorie deficit and make sure you track it throughout the week. You Can Not use dumbbells, get a job and pay for a cheap gym membership and do barbell exercises, as in squat, bench and deadlift. Good luck to you bro!

Find a local gym that teaches BJJ, Muay Thai, or Krava Maga. The work outs are great cardio and you will drop pounds. Plus you gain confidence as well as learning some decent self defense skills
I started with Muay Thai/BJJ and then went to Krav because I like it better for some reason. Anyways, I train MWF and do calisthenics EVERY DAY -normally, I do burpees mostly
Eat right, drink plenty of water and you will drop weight. First month 11 pounds, 2nd month (literally) 1 pound 1 ounce, but 2 inches off waste

I went from 310-320lbs too 230lbs and put on a decent bit of muscle. All i did was strict OMAD, gave up every unhealthy thing. Soda chips etc etc. But i did allow myself a treat like icecream or a bag of doritos every few weeks. Everything else was home cooked whole foods. Daily simple morning calisthenics and afternoon strength based/mass building calisthenics to maintain muscle and strength.
I'm in the middle of a cut in this picture and I've lost a good bit of muscle and strength. Bulking right now and hoping to get stronger before my cut in feburary.
