in mole 1, it appears "smudged" and white+brown. it leaves the boundaries of where a mole should end
at location 2, you see the same thing, but bright red

You also have a couple cherry angiomas. These are non-cancerous and look like bright red dots. Nothing to worry about.

For shoulders, I do seated DB shoulder press, facepulls, OHP and lateral raises. My OHP 1rm is about 53kg, which is pretty decent considering I only weigh 65kg.
