That fucking webm got me good lmao
>webm starts
>heheh breasts
>it starts panning down
>NO WAIT SHE HAS A DICK
>pans to the dick
heh, called it
237.5kg for 3 last week. Trying for 250kg in two weeks.
1RM is lmao3pl8
What makes a bendy bar easier to lift with?
Not enough
117,5k. Started lifting in September, took some time off of lower body lifts cause I fucked up my ankle while drunk.
Really hope I can get to 4 plates this year!
My current training max is 340, certified DYEL.
Think man. A rack pull is easier than a deadlifts from the floor, right? The higher you are, the easier it is to pull. The bend means that you'll be higher up at the point that the weights begin to leave the floor. I wish I could get my hands on a proper deadlift bar but I'll have to settle with something just a little bit better than the one at my main gym.
4 pl8 is my 1RM and I don't even deadlift. I squat 2pl8. Is it reallyy 6'3" frame giving me this advantage?
175kg for five, so close yet I feel like im getting a lower back injury
435 lbs without straps or belt.
I could probably add 20lbs if I use straps.
Focusing on my squat for a couple of months made my deadlift PR go up from 190kg to 200kg despite no deadlifting at all in that time.
I've never deadlifted. I squat 345 for 3x5 ATG. Still progressing linear at this point. I'm gonna deadlift today for the first time. How does deadlifts compare to squat in weight?
Personally, I squat 210/460lbs and just recently hit a squat PR of 160kg/350lbs. But that's because I suck at squat.
If you've trained your back consistently doing stuff like rows then your deadlift should be decent to start with, definitely above 3 plates. Your lockout will most likely be your biggest issue but once you get that worked out you should be deadlifting in the late 400s or even early 500s.
Largest ive pulled was 565 but it was a workout single so prob can get a little higher.
Dem posterior chain gains tho.
Thanks mate. I'll start at 3 plates and see how it feels. I can always adjust from there. Good luck on your progress!
Dont start cold at 3 pl8s, dude
215kg at 97kg. Stuck on 215kg for two fucking years.
Squat increased from 185kg to 240kg, bench got from 140 to 160 and my deadlift is so shit, that not even getting a powerlifting instructor cert has fixed it. Nobody can find out what's wrong with my deadlift. Technique is solid, strength should be there, but the fucking plates don't leave the floor.
>heh, pretty hot
>OH FOR FUCKS SAKE
>...
>wonder if there's any porn of her (male) smashing a chick (female)
Idk about 1rm but I can deadlift 275 for 5
Nice progress bro
Just hit 315x5 today at 180 bodyweight, road to 405x5 begins
I'll give that a go. My squats have been making progress from 2plate, but my dl is stalling at 185kgs. Deloading right now but I'll see in a couple weeks
The actual lift starts at a higher point
Of course he won't. He's hardy been squatting 345 for reps and still doesn't know how to warm up.
>wonder if there's any porn of her (male) smashing a chick (female)
Why have I never seen this before. What do I search to find tranny top, actual woman bottom?
Thanks bud!
565
Anyone got a sauce? A-asking for a friend
Jezus christ, build it up or you going for a long holiday to snap city.
same
142.5 kg (lmao 3 plates) for 17 reps.
3 plate deadlifts is nothing you dyel weakling. He's hardly going to hurt himself, especially with a good foundation of muscle.
another /lgbt/
shitheads like you ruin Jow Forums
lifelong skinnyfat dyel, started lifting like a month ago
70kg for 5... my grip strenght his pathetic
If you feel like the "plates don't leave the floor" i'm pretty sure that's something wrong with your grip, try some heavy farmers walk.
This image makes me feel things I didn't know were possible.
Are you retarded? You think taking an inch off of your ROM makes the lift a lot easier and is comprable to a rack pull that is easier for a multitude of other reasons, not just because of its short ROM? It's recommended to lift with a straight bar so you don't fuck with your grip.
Shut it, DYEL.
I've done 115 for 5 so probably around 122.5kg. Good or Bad for < 5 months lifting. Also 5'10, 75kg
T. Dyel
408lbs at 165 bodyweight
how can you ruin the most homo place in all of existence with some trans?
465lbs @ 185lbs
you cant surprise me op i already know all her webms
5'9" 65kg 2 months lifting can do 100 kg 5 reps
She Male ducks female, it's a category own.
Straps don't change anything. I can be tied down to the bar and still I bend the bar and the plates don't move.
Deficit deadlifts don't change a thing. I've deadlifted 215kg top to bottom to top on a platform that allows you to touch the bar to the top of your feet. Almost lost my feet while trying to do a 215 double, because the first one was so easy.
I'm just gonna increase my bench and squat, until I can just put up a respectable total with those two and stop doing deadlifts.
Who is she
420lbs
My OHP is 1 plate, but my BP and Squat are sub 2/3 plate. Feels bad man
245 after 2 months
I feel dyel but I could barely put up 1pl8 at the start so I'm hopeful
lmao2pl8
355
3pl8 for 5 reps
There's a thread up at /gif/. Or there was a few days ago
Do yourself a favor and at least lift with hook grip
Sumo?
Astounding to me that the AOC thread was taken down within minutes, but this has been up for two hours.
271, feels good man.
wow almost like this one is Jow Forums related
so basically you want to cheat
Haven't a clue - I only do 10RM and it is at 120kg.
90kg bodyweight.
I have found I tend to get injuries doing 1RM or 5RM.
With a masturbating tranny in the OP, sure.
465lbs at 163.
>after 3 months training get my deadlift above 400
>convince a buddy of mine to come workout with me
>he deadlifts 5 plate first time in the gym
I wish I was shitting you. We’re both former military and stay in pretty good shape, and he was artillery which may explain his retard-tier core and back strength.
>le ebin Jow Forums question with non/fit/ porn attached
you've lost the plot you fucking shitposter
>being so thirsty you open every webm of a 5/10
Post DL or fuck off
I didnt even open the webm, people are discussing their lift here, surely better than random thread about some politician with no connection to fitness whatsoever?
Projection.
Already posted it.
Nope.
thirsty

At least you'll keep it bumped
365 for 1
More than you
This is me
455 @ 175
245lbs at 163lbs. Still weak but better than I was, and it's still going up steadily.
418lbs at 200lbs bodyweight or
190kg at 90kg bodyweight
300lbs traditional grip, never tried beyond that because I don't want to buy chalk/use gloves. I just want my grip strength to get better.
315
weight doesnt start to feel heavy until 275
Is it weird that I want to suck her tits and dick too?
Based sweaty grinch poster
140 kg, standard overhand grip, feels like my hands will tear off at some point, but autistic curiosity makes me want to see when exactly, so I don't change grip.
Glad to see mods are doing their job
It’s what happens when you have short legs, small torso, and long arms.
Buuuump
can deadlift 1rm 200kg raw at around 86kg
Is this decent for competative powerlifting standards?
couldn't date a girl with a bigger dick than me
My cat cares more than my wife does. I'm okay with this
Not enough.
It’s never enough.
He said it was good for 20 extra pounds on a deadlift, not that "it was alot easier"
Why hasn't this been deleted yet?
My grip strength is an absolute joke, I cannot hold 3pl8 for 5 reps.
Should I work on grip strength or switch to under overhand grip?
Currently using double overhand
Ive pulled 140kgx1 (no chalk or straps, double overhand) and 120kgx8 (with chalk, no straps, double overhand). Thats 308 and 265 lbs.
My goal is to pull 4 plate for 1 rep.
Im sure that if and when I hit that, my new goal will be 5 plate, but for now its 4 plate.
For my gym this is pretty standard. There are quite a few people who are in this range of weight, pulling between 2 and 3.5 plates. Then there are these 2 guys who are absolute BEAST MODE, and they pull 6 plate. Its fucking amazing to watch.
Give me one good reason not to buy this. Been stretching and doing everything I can to alleviate my neck and back pain but no matter what I do it's always there. Got a pinched nerve recently so that's been fucking with me on and off for like a week now.
