Dumbbell for sure, possibly hex press. Gotta get that stabilization work.

What's going on here?

...

You know DB press is by far the best flat press right? The best bodybuilders in the world all just do DB presses.

tongue her butthole

>three gym options
>planet fitness
>some filthy shithole with a $200 sign up fee
>ymca with one bench press
what the fuck do i even do here

Home gym master race.

I live with my parents
i guess option D is suicide?

barbell bench press. Literally not valid reason you can't do it.

Floor press

maybe it's because bodybuilders are on sterons and any muscle stimulation will make them grow. If you are a natty doing high rep isolation shit like DB presses are not going to do much for you compared to focusing on strength improvement with the barbell lifts.

Dumbell press more even development more exercise variations.
Dont even bother with the other two

Dumbbell. So that it forces your weaker arm to catch up with your stronger arm. On bench or even with a smith machine, your dominant arm will compensate until you get to heavier weights and you'll stall and be stuck there for a long time before you get over the plateau--and it'll feel like a complete hell.

To avoid that, always dumbbell bench over smith.
