Overhead presses are for framelets who don't naturally have defined shoulders

I think you mean
>The Press™

>shoulder exercise is for people who don't have weak shoulders

I got to 1 plate on ohp pretty quick, quicker than 2 plate bench

I get bad impingement when I do the press.

RIP your rotator cuff in a few years

Far enough not to hit yourself in the head, but not far enough that you may as well should just be doing incline bench.

90°

is it just me or is OHP really popular

I only see two dudes pressing

bost pody

keep lower back abs and ass flexed throughout entire lift. The bar should be in line with the back of your head/ slightly behind your head at the apex of the lift. push your shoulders up at the top, no cheating.

Yea, the fuck is up with new year resolutioners and ohp?

Unironically love the overhead press. Makes me feel like pic related.

Doing OHP rn senpai. One of my favourite lifts

All the way

so in that OP pic, the hands are past his shoulders
if I remember right, ol' Mark Ripping-Toes has a video where he says to keep the hands much closer.
which is correct? or is it more up to what you feel is comfortable?

Keep wrists and elbows in line going up, they come out of line at the bottom and top of the lift but for most of the movement are in line

Try shortening your ROM

We are not normies sir, we don't think gains come from "muh genetics", it takes work

How quick are we talking?

They recognize its power
