I’ve literally never seen some ohp more than 135. Mostly just chinks at my gym but there are some big guys and they all stay around 1/2/3/4 for all there lifts.

Sitting with barbell is not ohp. Do regular ohp and find out yourself. You probably won't be able to lift babby weight if you only did seated.
