it'll probably heal a little faster if you load it carefully. obviously, start light--squatting or rdling the bar, most likely--and add weight slowly. actually, now I think about it, when I rehabbed my pulled hamstring I think I had a couple days of unloaded box squats, literally sit down on a box and stand back up.

I think I might have a cyst on in my lower back.
