Running

Fellas, I want to get into running/jogging but I barley get any distance. So how do I improve at this (I also have asthma)

Europeans aren't supposed to run. We sprint at most.

im Australian

You are an abbo? Then you only sprint when the bushfire scares the animals out, you are designed to move less than genetic Europeans.

As someone who couldn't walk a mile without feeling like I was going to die, here's what you do. You keep doing it everyday at your own pace until you catch runner's high. When you can feel the wind pushing you forward, that is when you've made it.

no, im white

Then you are a genetic European and designed to walk and sprint sometimes.

>ur supposed to act according to your neolithic ancestors in a wild environment
Michael Phelps must descend from dolphins then

You are genetically identical to your neolithic ancestors, you brain dead retard.

fuuuck shin splints. how do i prevent this happening again

If your area has one, go to parkruns

why you asking me?

what are parkruns?

how does that support your claim that you're supposed to do what they did?
take off your cloths and put some wolf hide on your fat ass you larping schizoid

>how does the fact that you are genetically designed for X support your claim that you should do X?
Guess you got some abbo admixture at some point.

you are a sperg and out of your mind

Keep practicing. I don't know about asthma so you're better off asking runners with this condition or your doc.
t. still sucks at running

You just stop being a faggot and run through the pain. Obviously if you're in pain mechanically you need to stop. But if you are just tired you can push through.

Do this

any couch to 5 k like programm

the nike run club app also has a beginners programm

If you're looking for a training program, pick up Nike+ Run Club. Once you're in, set a date for a 5k and use the guided training. It's pretty damn good for making improvements.

How the fuck do you use a foam roller? I used it for the first time after a 10k yesterday. Felt really good (painful but good) but then I pulled my back muscle.
Are you not supposed to roll your back?

dont run more than 1 day consecutively for like the first 8 months. If you're only jogging and you get shin splits though you're just fat but the same applies

Its an event where you can test out your 5k
