In manlet countries like China 5'11 is probably the optimum, while in the Netherlands is probably 6'5.

Ideal height would probably be 6'6. You get to mog 95% of the population but still fit into cars and can find clothes/shoes, and not get bothered by the health issues the really massive 7' guys run into such as back and knee problems and generally shortened lifespan due to overloading the heart with too much work.
