Appetite Stimulants? How to eat more?

It seems that the overwhelming majority of information about appetite is in regards to lowering or eliminating it. Are there any practices, supplements or natural remedies I can take to INCREASE appetite?

instead of 2-3 big meals per day spread the eating out to 5-6 meals per day. eat quickly before your body has a chance to feel full. eat protein last because it fills you up the most.

Alcohol makes me ravenous, plus it's got calories in it too, double whammy.
That's actually why I've got a belly at the moment; a bulk turned into "I guess it's ok to have a few beers" turned into me raiding the fridge at midnight and stuffing myself

"Just eat more" becomes an incredibly tiresome chore when piles of food have absolutely no appeal and have to be shoveled down. I'm doing it, but it would seem like much less of a chore if I had an actual desire to eat it.

I might need to see a doctor or something, I just have no appetite all the time, I hardly ever think about food. If I get distracted/busy I can go the whole day and not have eaten anything but like a granola bar. Going from that to establishing a routine and cooking meals has been difficult because it has not fixed my lack of desire for food.

however if you have a brain problem related to eating your better off dealing with that directly. when I used to get anxious about eating it felt like fullness and it was really hard to just brute force through. mind body awareness practice can be like shifting the fulcrum of your problem so id consider it

Eat smaller but more often. I ate every 2 hours when I had to build up my appetite. Don't prepare a huge meal, the sight of it will make you sick and it will feel like a chore. The idea is to never get completely full, and after a while you will crave food. Build up gradually. If you're used to let's say 1800 calories, you could probably eat 3000 calories the next day if you tried, but not two days in a row.

I've been taking MK-677 (20mg/day) from jwsupplements (look em up they've got really good reviews). Have also noticed slightly better sleep and my apetite is amazing, before I could only eat up to 2k calories before feeling bloated but now I easily eat 3k and feel healthy (bottomless pit feeling). Also 1 inch increase in height. Most others on forums etc I've seen experience similiar side effects, it's a pretty safe drug but do your research, hope that helped.
