My tip is tofurkey sausages. They taste bretty good and each link has 30g of protein. I have two a day. I like to cut one up and melt some daiya on for variety. Also give silk chocolate protein nut milk a try it is very tasty.

red lentils are a pretty good source of vegan protein and are quite easy to make. just rinse thoroughly, soak for 30 minutes, then cook in a 1 to 1,5 ration of lentils to water, removing the scum, until they're translucent. you can add garlic, onions and tomatoes while cooking. a bit of nutritional yeast mixed in with some olive oil and it's an easy meal
