Actual "NCO" here, all you have is free time. Most of the grunts easily get time during lunch periods to go to the physical gym if their coc gives even a quarter a shit about them. Also the military has phenomenal gyms, that's one of the things they really do right.

Army officer here, POG. Deployed I was working 18-20 hour days, so the only workouts I had were 15 minute breaks on the shitty bench/squat racks/pull-up bar between meetings.

In garrison I have about 3 hours between work and bed to work out.

Depends on the type of infantry you get. If you end up in light kiss your gains goodbye because you're gonna run and walk everywhere with retarded weight for extended periods of time. The only time where you can consistently get a good routine is deployment to a non combat zone. Otherwise its retarded field problems mixed with shitty diets and the God awful army mandated PT preparation stuff.

I’m an 0331 in a weapons platoon and I can still maintain a steady 4-5 lifting days a week, plus morning PT and then rest on the weekends. Only time I can’t is obviously when we go to the field, which my unit only has battalion fex’s Every 1.5-3 months and occasional company field ops.

The most pragmatic thing to do is slip in the army and let uncle Sam pay for everything when I get out. Haven't had trouble with asthma in a long time, I'm pretty fit and I know I can it. Worst comes to worst, they give me the "permanent no" or dick me around long enough that I take a hint.

Training for airforce PJ here,

Coming up short on the swim and push ups but I'm making gains. Try looking up the naval special warfare training guide on the navyseals.com website. They have a pretty good 26 week training program if you are looking for something to help out. Not many airforce special operations PAST training guides out there. But the Navy seals PST is pretty much identical to the airforce PAST.

Like others have mentioned PEDs are definitely overlooked and I’ve never seem them adminstor that piss test. You can make some serious deployment gains, but odds are you’re not going to deploy anywhere hot in the next couple years.

i wanted to enlist as a 35P, I passed the foreign language vocal test, I got a 91 on the asvab, i did well on the written foreign test (arabic), also it gives a 50k bonus. But i have a herniated testicle from a fight back when i was a kid and the only way i can join the army is if i get it taken care of. So I go to the fucking urologist and he says even though it's in my groin it's still functioning, just not making sperm. So if i want to join the army i have to sacrifice my testosterone. Im trying to find a doctor that will perform an operation where they just bring the testicle back into my ballsack, but it's so frustrating to find docs that actually give a fuck about you. My lost doc charged me 100$ for a 3 minute conversation i had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room for, most of which he spent on his phone, just telling me i had to get it removed and didn't explain why he couldn't put it back in my sack. Whatever Im fucking pissed rn this is why i fucking hate jews. They kick you in the balls and then they want to take it out 10 years later
