ok listen here I have kyphosis and when I stand to measure my height comes 5'10 but people have told me numerous times that I'm at least 6 foot
Could I be taller or I'm just coping hard?

Another 5 foot 4 bro here. People are always pretty nice to me. Always get asked how long I've lifted because I put up some heavyish weight and look good, manlet gains are real. Being short throughout highschool taught me to be funny. Being short isn't so bad if you have redeeming qualities, it helps to bring them out as you have to rely on them more, it's just a fact of life.

Started pressing just bar, squat was 100 lbs +bar
Diddlies were pathetic, but better than other lifts at 220ish

Now I'm 230lb body weight and climbing (goal 275 then cut to 250)
Bench is 2pl8 for 3 reps
Squat is 315 on the money
Diddlies 400
If you couldn't tell my goal has been 1/2/3/4

It's been about a year and a half. 4.5k calories a day, creatine, the works.

Sex life is nonexistent, I'm focusing on studies and work (I'm going for medschool and I'm broke)
