Hang power clean should be higher than hang muscle clean. Reach for your goals bro don't listen to me. Get 250 kilo squat and do a fuck ton of classic lifts, don't bother with deadlift.

Danger zone in terms of range of motion in that position is the area above your nipple as the bar approaches your shoulder. Easy way to explain it is the whole that your tendons, nerves, and veins pass through in your shoulder bones gets ultra squish crush smashed as the bar travels above your nipple, as your muscles contract.
If the bar is being moved with pure momentum you won’t impinge, but there’s no way to do that safety over multiple reps.

A hang clean still has the 2nd and 3rd pull of a clean, which are the important ones. It uses the same muscles as a clean, it's just a bit harder because of the lack of momentum.
No it doesn't, because there's no resistance at that point. The bar is literally moving through the air by itself. You were done pulling on it when it left your thigh. Your hands are just attached to it.
