thanks. you have a similar build as i do, which is why im asking. But you have arrived at my goal body. Did you do a strength program before switching to a split? Im doing Stronglifts 5x5 right now, after not lifting for about a year. Had to deload so putting up rookie numbers on my lifts.
i've never done a straight strength program outside of high school sports. I used to incorporate more compounds in my lifts earlier on but I'm finding alternatives that work better for me. But I'm still figuring things out every day and I change it up when needed
