Mix these in 2L of water and sip it throughout the day.

You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

I am 5'8" 276 about 2 weeks ago, I had done OMAD but never lost weight cause I overrate and never knew. After multiple questions, i learned that my body can supply me with everything i need until i get lean.

Today I am now 245.7. Yesterday i was 248.8. I don't know how I'm doing it, but I'm doing it. I've built up so much willpower to stand the hunger pangs and carbs that now i don't even register it sometimes. My ketostix are showing color all the time cause my refeed is small carnivore, and I feel much better. 20ibs makes a hell of a difference.

I haven't gone longer than 78hours, but one day i will. Right now I'm just eating every 48 hours, but it is working.

Yes fasting is god. If you're new to this I recommend doing intermittent fasting, then omad then try longer multiple day fasts.

I lifted on day 3 of fast and it was great. maintained intensity but only did 2 sets instead of 3. You will need time to get used to burning fat for energy.
Muscle loss can be avoided by lifting and maintaining intensity but you might lose 10% gains at most.

after you end fast act as if the fast didnt happen. If you binge eat it defeats the purpose of the fast. No amount of fasting will help binge eatin (wrong mindset!)

I wonder how I'm going to gain weight once I get down to 180-160ish. I don't want to have to rely on gear if I don't have to, but my testosterone is really low, and I want to hit at least 200 all muscle.

I've tried fasting 3 times now and everytime I get a bad rash in the my belly, low back and buttcheeks, what does it mean and how can i make it stop? Is it due to weak immune system during fast?

Day 2 of a hard dry fast and I just had the best sleep I've had so far. Which was outstanding. Weighed myself before bed at 103kg, woke about 15m ago and down at 102.1kg, I'm still amazed at how often I need to piss.

I have the same problem but I can't sleep because of the amount of extra energy I have when running on ketones, not the hunger. I usually just read until I fall asleep, could maybe work for you too.

It's usually from too much omega 6 and not enough 3, very rarely just the ketones.

If the rash is from just fasting it could be the stress of starting fasting. Some people even have their hair thin out from fasting at first.

Also as always could just be unrelated, go to a dermatologist if it persists, they can tell where it comes from based on the pattern and texture.

If short term fasting, nicotine, not even kidding. Either tablets or a vape. Whenever I feel hunger or an urge to eat I have a little and it completely kills any hunger or cravings. I only have around 15lb to lose though, so not a big deal.

Straight up extended fast to desired bf%, it won't take long at all, then bulk. 15% is the max you wanna be at the end of a bulk, so you should cut.

I eat moderate to high protein keto omad or 18:6 with zero carbs on gym days and fast or dry fast all rest days. Stopped my plateauing right up.

How lean do you want to go? 15% is quite good already and the lower you go the more effort it will take to stay there. 10% is a realistic minimum if you don't want your life to be just about maintaining your current physique.

I would say probably a week is the max for water-only. If you included other liquids that had electrolytes, you could go longer. Many anorexics end up with lifelong heart damage though from low electrolytes (especially potassium) so that’s something to consider

Depends a lot on your diet before you fast. Could be 7-10 days if your diet was low-salt and low-potassium. Could be almost 20 days if you we're high-salt, high-potassium. Also depends on how much you have fasted before and how fat you are. A season faster can dry fast a week or more, but a beginner might go to the hospital from water fasting that same time without salts, also fat and muscular people can make it much longer since they have the fat or muscle tissue to store the nutrients, again assuming you got them from your diet before fasting.

You probably won't really die in either case but you will start passing out which is a risk factor for being hospitalized if anyone sees you.

Either way you'll want to kill yourself at about day 7 if you don't supplement salt and aren't in some way exceptional at fasting.

If it's 3kg just fast or dry fast and see if your old routine maintains after that. Fast until you lose like 5-6kg and you'll be left with the 3kg fat loss when you go back to eating.
