Where´s my /unsymmetric/ lads at?

Attached: Rainbow lad.png (1025x1310, 444K)

OP here. What do you do to be unsymmetric?
Not trying to be rude, just asking. And I wouldn't even try to be rude because my bp and ohp are shit so there is no solid ground for me to be rude.

Took a 4 year "break"(lifted about 10 times/year) and focused on drinking beer and climbing occasionally. Also trained to OAC a few years ago. Allways been shit with the OHP but it seems that it might have suffered the worst of the break. Tfw I´m propably gonna chin-up with my fucking OHP max weight added soon.

Why can I not attach a file??

I ran 400 and 800 metres in my teens and have good legs. I can front squat a lot more too but the bar hurts my shoulders too much.
Don;t really want to do that here, also I gained weight before I went to the gym and I feel shitty about it. I am 177cm and 72 kg currently

Oh come on... You wont show your face. It's not like anyone will recognize your body...

How do I get to 300kg powerlifter mode?

Your hips are a skeletal structure you idiot, working your legs won't accentuate it

You're a fucking liar. No way you are benching and OHP that much weight propley 1 month in.

>no rotator cuffs
Jeff does not like this

Feel like swapping to an upper lower like Lyle McDonalds. Anyone done something similar? Also where would I fit deadlifts into that routine?
