Yes, milk stops the fast. Anything with calories stops the benefits.
also some alcohol sugars stop a fast, anythong with a high Glycemic Index in that region stops it.

I add a tbsp of unsalted butter, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1/4 tbsp of tumeric, a pinch of black pepper, and 1/4 tbsp of cinnamon.
Might add cacao, and collagen in the near future.
Second thing in the morning with a multi-vitamin/ mineral supplement and fish oil. First thing is water (though ideally it would be mineral water) with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, a tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 of lemon.
