Yes it’s definitely not the rice, noodles, beans, peas and almond milk which have never been present in great quantity until agriculture came along. It was the eggs that contain actual nutrition, but the beans with their phytic acid, devoid of nutrients, that’s getting you by through the day with those insulin spikes. Now, this sleep issue is definitely something you should go get checked out, but you're making a mistake in assuming you have serious heart disease (virtually unheard of in young men outside of congenital cases) rather than something more common and (relatively) benign, such as sleep apnea, post-nasal (do you have a cough?) compounded by anxiety.

- I like sleeping on my stomach but I know it is bad for your spine but sleeping on back or sides is just uncomfortable for me
- It takes me over an hour of having my eyes closed to enter REM Sleep
- I do drink a bottle of water right before I enter my bed which does make me get up at nights (multiple times, at least 3-4 times a night/morning I have to get up to pee) and restart REM sleep
- I’m not aussming but I’m just saying I think it is obvious I’m deficient considering I don’t eat enough foods or having a regular amount in my body
- I breath through my mouth, not my nose, I don’t know how people do nose when I try breathing through nose mucus instantly starts building up and clogs my nasals so I don’t even bother trying to sleep with my mouth close
and that’s pretty much how my every sleep goes
