Your body makes its own fat, you only need your essential fats and enough to absorb vitamins and shit. The rest is really just calories.

It's a combo of very high metabolism and eating when im not used to. I used to eat loads of junk and only when i was hungry (no breakfast ever)

I am 5’7”, was never as skinny as you but was 137 in August. I started having 2 dinners, one slightly earlier than I normally would have and one before I go to bed. Eat as much as possible for the first and then whatever you can stomach for the second. Doing this I got all the way up to 150. You just gotta learn that you can eat more than you think you can, and adding more meals rather than trying to make them bigger makes it easier.

You should deff still be doing intermittent fasting (basically only eating 8 hours a day) to keep nutrietn partition in check, but you need to eat a shit ton more in that window.

Simple carbs after your workout and then protein is a tried and true method to up calories if you're having a hard time. Soda/juice etc.

You need way more calories and more frequently as well. Just bulk somewhat dirty, get the calories in, eat several times a day. You can clean up any fat you gain later. Your lacking calories are surely limiting your progress. That being said, good progress
