Toes to plates sumo has at most a 25% reduction in ROM. Sumo also puts you at a worse position mechanically. Being good at sumo is about skill and having the right hip morphology.
t. Fucking hates sumo and deadlifts 60lbs more conventional than sumo

Sumo isn't any easier than conventional, most people's absolute maxes are within ~10kg of each other.
Sumo is much less stressful for the lower back, which can be a limiting and potentially dangerous factor if the lifter has long femurs/torso.

IDK what the term is, but try looking at crossfit plates. Crossfit gyms are where I most often see lower weights sized-up to be the same as a 45.

I don't get why people do this no one cares how much u lift, and these people ain't even doing proper form, with proper form you have to bring the weight down like 60% to do a fair amount of reps, like no one can actually over head press over 400, these are fake weight and very bad form.
