What doe Jow Forums use to track workouts?
What doe Jow Forums use to track workouts?
I memorize my workouts
I print out a custom made training log. Used to use marble composition books. A long long time ago when I first started training I kept everything on my PC and lost all that. I know there's apps and cloud based solutions now but I like something physical. I also like not having to dick around with my phone while I'm lifting.
>he skips brain day
Fitnotes is great. Looks a LITTLE bit plain, but does anything you'd need and zero bloat.
Jefit is GOAT.
>non-premium is free and has all essentials
>can unlock premium by gaining activity points via logging workouts in the app
I write them down on evernote
Garmin fénix HR and Strava. I mostly do endurance training.
A medium sized notebook
Strong app. Convince me to use a different app.
Has everything I need and doesn't demand a god damn subscription for an app
Strong is bretty gud
Athlean-X Dashboard. Yeah.
>>Athlean-X Dashboard. Yeah.
Does it come with pre-added face pulls for every workout?
The programs I have doesn't even mention face-pulls, but I still do 'em at the end of each workout (naturally). :D
That. Fitnotes is perfect. Make sure to hack up your shit though, I had to do a factory reset and lost 6 months of tracking
I don't
May your posture be strong and your traps thick
And with you! :D
I still use a notebook, I just can’t find an app I like. I used google sheets for awhile but just found it annoying to upload in the middle of a workout
I write it down.
Strongur
God tier for tracking workouts.
>iOS only.
That's pretty basedboy.
Microsoft excel. I copy my routine into my quad with a permanent marker in the morning, then transfer my weight and reps / notes back into excel at the end of the day.
Google keep
Fitlist is pretty decent. It’s only a couple bucks.
Brain.exe

>I copy my routine into my quad with a permanent marker
Clever. I'll try that tomorrow.
>proprietary shit
>can't even edit the individual exercise timer
Nah, thanks.
fitlist is ok
Personal Training Coach app
fitnote is pretty cool
I use google sheets, because I can then choose my own calculations. It's easy to track volume, tonnage, weight gain/loss, and it's free.
I do prefer downloading it into Excel when on my PC, but since sheets work on all devices, it's an easy tracking system.
This
Stop using botnet
Fit Notes has everything and zero bloat. Also freemium is more than enough. Try it, fit. Looks a bit outdated but spend a couple of days and you will see it is a charm.
Strong. Of course!
Reminder that if you're touching your phone during your workouts for something other than changing songs you're fag and will never make it.
>listening to music while lifting
You'll never make it
Strava
This and basedpilled
I use Memo on my iPod. Really any text editor will do.
x
It provides something to do between sets besides stare at that fucking personal trainer who wears the tightest yoga pants you have ever seen, I'm pretty sure I can see the wrinkles of her butthole through the fabric
>Fit Notes
>By James Gay
Yeah nah. I'm not using no gay app
"progression"
Android only, but it's the best all I've ever used
Sorry but literally every app you download is technically bloat
t. g
>Home gym.
>record sets and reps on whiteboard.
>move results to memo book later.
