If you take steroid for a period, then you stop you'll not become natty even if your blood comes clean from testing. Muscle memory will still get you way stronger than you were natty

Technically "perfect genetics" could mean natural test so high you're juicing without juicing, but I don't think there's any recorded case of such a mutation.

It wouldn't be a stretch that medieval men had 100% more test than modern men. However, nobody could ever produce as much as Larry is pinning. I would say those values are theoretically possible natty. If you look for instance at Herman Görner, a strongman in the pre-steroid era, he was already deadlifting 380kg (830lbs) at 1.83m 120kg (6' 270lbs). He also clean & pressed 177.5kg (391lbs) and actually still holds the Guiness World Record for the one handed deadlift at 301kg (664lbs)
Take someone with his genetics or even better, but at 6'6 350lbs or so, and a total higher than Larrys would maybe be possible
