Good workout for legs, but I just do conventional.
Avoid hack squats.

redpill yourself and do a little research, you stupid fucking tripfag

Is it good for lower back gains?

imagine the smell

Making it will mean nothing if your lack of empathy continues. Make some psychological gains.

They're a good accessory. I do conventional DLs on mondays up to a 1x5, but that's not enough volume on its own, so on wednesdays I do 3x10 for RDLs

I figured I'd thrown them in on benching day since I'm not getting optimal volume that day

i like rdl

Have you seen any lower back gains from them?

why dont you just fucking do them and see for yourself

*felt
*pains

consider the stench hehe

Good for hamstring and glute mass, as well as helping to make the start position easier for guys with short arms. Don't do too much volume or you may get tendinitis in the backs of your knees fast. Use straps if you don't want to blunt progress early via grip failing.

None whatsoever. Not him btw. Not sure if this experience is normal. Best thing for erectors for me is conv deads and trap bar deads

Why not ask about others life experiences instead of be limited to your own?

how long have you been lifting? what's your height/weight and all that? what are your goals?

I personally like stiff-leggeds for lower back gains.

i use rdls to stretch out my hamstrings
i like to do mostly natural movement exercises with barbells dumbells and sometimes cables and rdls is the exercise which rekks my hamstrings and also glutes
conventional for lower back tho

dunno cause I do them for hamstrings

Only problem I have with rdl is grip fail after 10+ reps if it's heavy weight

What’s too much volume? I do RDL’s twice a week 3x12

That's fine, I was doing shit like 8x8 twice a week
