I broke a few PRs at the start, which goes towards my goal of increasing my PL total. Another is to do an 8 week cut before summer so I'm doing that nice and early to let me decide if I need longer.

Starter a bit late but in looking to lose 100kg (220lbs) this year. I'm done being a fat degenerate who's unable to fully live his life. I'm on my 6. Day of fasting have lost about 9kg (19.8 lbs) so far. I'll lose this fucking weight or literally die trying.

Whats stopping your bench press progress?
I just don't do it enough. Stopped after about 1.5 months steady progress. 3x shoulder dislocations is my excuse, but really I just need to press more. I like doing back exercises so much more so I end up doing lots of pulling movements and like no presses.
I workout so that when girls leave me i can find another easily.
Didn't make any goals for this year. Made them a year and half ago some and achieved them.
The real goal was just to improve myself. It's really just a work in progress and never ending.

I vowed to start up again from a 10 month break and reach 100kg bench, and although im the same weight as i was at my peak since getting fit, I'm back to begginer weights. First time in my life ive had chub to grab onto around my belly.
