Yeah, you don't have to worry about that m8.
Shit normies say
>I don't like my height

Its amusing when fitness noobs say this. Dont worry, you never will.
>user got bigger than me even though I had been working out for years with my undedicated brosplit routine, he must be on steroids
>counting calories is too difficult

Honestly I agree with that though. I used to count calories in college for every little thing, but I don't do that bullshit anymore. Sure, counting calories is easy when you're just eating prefab shit and junk food, but it's tedious as fuck when you cook all your food yourself and actually make real meals rather than bro-food.
Like, let's say I'm making chicken tikka masala. Am I going to calculate the total calories of the pot by adding up the cream, butter, chicken, etc? Am I then going to weigh the sauce afterwards when it's on my plate? Am I going to wipe all the sauce off the pieces of chicken as best as possible so I can get an accurate weight of the cooked chicken, and then make sure to account for the fact that cooked chicken weighs less than raw chicken for the same caloric/macronutrient content? Am I going to calculate the calories in the total amount of raw rice I cook, then measure the total weight of the cooked rice and my serving of rice and use a ratio to figure out how much my serving of cooked rice is?
Yeah, theoretically you could do that. And I honestly got almost that autistic about counting calories back in the day. But fuck that shit, bro.
