Cute plate.
This morning I made steak and eggs for brekky brek. Buttered up me pan, tossed in the seasoned steak, and tossed a bunch of sliced up onion and garlic on. Slapped a lid on and waited a bit. After I flipped the steak, I threw in two eggs and scrambled them in the same pan because of all that steak flavor in there. Lid back on for another couple minutes or so after stirring up and seasoning the eggs. Was quite good. Had it with milk. And hour later I shit my ass out.

>half a scoop
>50g liberte mediteranee yogurt (it's high fat yogurt)
>spices (cinnamon, nutmeg etc)
>pinch of baking powder
>vanilla extract
>optional sweetener
>spread peanut butter on top
>sprinkle shredded coconut on top
>optional melted dark chocolate on top (melt with tsp of coconut oil to thin it out)

Best way to prepare Liver? Of any type
I recently started my summer cut and have pretty much completely replaced chicken breast with sirloin steak and an extra scoop of protein powder a day. I recommend you try it if you hate chicken breast and want something new. Use kosher salt to cover the sirloin about 40 mins before cooking, wash it all off 40 mins later very well, and fry it up until rare/medium-rare. So much fucking better than chicken breast. It is a little more expensive but if you have the extra few dollars a day I recommend it.

i eat steak, eggs, and milk everyday for breakfast. But I make the steak more of a beef tataki, and have the eggs over medium. Never had any digestive problems with it though that's strange
chicken liver pate. Use it on sandwiches, sides, anything you can think of. Really creamy taste a bit metallic but once you eat it a bit you really start to like it.
also i dont think it will work as well with beef/pork liver since the flavour is much, much stronger than chicken

at my restaurant they served it with homemade crackers but if you're avoiding that, i've tried it with my eggs, thats pretty good. The best is mixing in bacon bits with it and eating it straight, because the bacon is crispy, and it blends well with the liver flavour. It might be good to have it with chicken, although i havent tried, because chicken itself has no flavour. You wouldnt want to waste the pate on something that already has a good flavour because the pate will overpower it completely.

I just bulk make pasta and cook up some spicy chicken and meatballs and buy pre-made marinara sauce and alfredo and split all my meals down the middle consisting of either chicken alfredo or meatball marinara. And I put frozen broccoli in with it.
All in all takes only a few hours to bulk prepare and tastes halfway decent. I've been doing it a few weeks and am not tired of it yet.
i might start doing this. Pork is dirt cheap so you can probably add pork chops and lots of italian sausage and brown them before you add the sauce
