I been thinking recenty about starting to do yoga. I wanna exercise my body but I'm not into going to the gym nor do I wanna bulk up and grow muscle.
I've always had a slim frame and I just want to keep it that way. I'm also interested in the benefits of meditation.
Is yoga the way to go?
What does Yoga do for your body?
That image makes my pepe grow.
want to lick those soles
Why don't you just try it and see if it's for you? Sounds like you might enjoy it.
It makes me erect
Imagine having your face forced into there and the smell and coppery taste it would have
I'm going to try it but I wanted to see if anybody could tell me about the physical benefits of it.
Based nofappers
Imagine fucking her and getting your dick all covered in period blood and then having her suck you off.
Mostly mental rest it largely feedback from that.
Some effect has been observed on telemere regenerate when it's done with meditation and walking.
Lower blood pressure
Less joint and postural issues (these are often cause each other)
Negatives: too much mobility in a lot of joints can make them easier to injure when they're load baring particularly shoulders.
You can't tell anyone what you do or else they'll think you're becoming a boomer mom and think you're into crystals and shitty herbal teas.
Throw some isometrics in there and you can build some strength without gaining much mass
It's good for mobility, stability, and core strength
The poses are mostly static so just yoga by itself will only make you a little stronger
Post your goal body
Haha
it can help with core strength and flexibility.

I'ts fucking magenta.
Thanks
I'll give you a real answer.
I took up yoga last year to help out with recovery and stiffness after working out and i ended up falling in love.
I would suggest going to a yoga class, you dont have to know what to do, the instuctor says the steps in a juicy ass soothing voice with some calm bon iver playing. I wouldnt take the class if you want to build strength. I would take up a pilates/yoga class instead. Pilates are more for strength building and as a decently athletic dude myself, caught myself burning. Its pretty good. I felt amazing man, went like 3x a week.
also juicy bootys in your face and all the women want to talk to you because youre 1 out of 3 males.
Yoga is great for flexibility and stress, along with a little endurance. I would recommend doing body weight exercises and cardio as well to simply round out your overall health, and to make sure you have better quality of life down the road. Endurance type body weight exercises will help keep you more mobile as you age, while also allowing you to keep a slender frame. This is because type 1 muscle fibers have a relatively small increase in size when going through hypertrophy, especially when compared to type 2a/x.
Been doing one of those 30 day yoga challenges for 8 days now and it feels pretty great. Calms me down and is a nice start to the day. Also showed my glaring mobility issues and I hope they will get better if I stick to it.
Wow, how brave of her. Really inspiring. #slayQueen #yaaaaas #takeThatPatriarchy

what a fucking retard.
Main benefit of yoga is the meditation and flexibility. It's very poor for cardio and muscle strength and endurance.

Poos are nasty shes like the third poo to do this
I'm curious. Had you ever tried stretching post-lifting? Some light walking/cardio? And/or other mobility/flexibility routine with dynamic mobility/active stretching/passive stretching besides yoga.
Because some basic stretching post-workout, and going for a walk in the mornings, seems to help a lot with recovery.
And as for everything else, I've noticed significantly faster results with a dedicated 5-10 minute routine (mostly active stretching and active mobility) once or twice a day, compared to when I was doing hot yoga (1.5 hour sessions) 2-3 times a week. I also do most days quick core routine and a few postural exercises, which I think also being so specific and progressive give better gains than the balance/core/mobility side of yoga. Add some meditation and in total I'm spending like 1/3 to 1/2 the time I was back when doing yoga, plus getting a comfy morning routine, for what seems like better gains.
I've also tried both sun salutations and the Tibetan 5 rites, but they don't seem to compare when simply done on their own.
I can imagine that if you were very proficient in yoga you could design your own yoga practice and address the correct hold times and correct stretches for you, but a general class seems less efficient.
I can see the beauty of yoga is in the reductionist approach, probably hence the popularity. Because you go a few times a week and get told exactly what to do, and from it you get some work on each of mobility, flexibility, balance/coordination, strength endurance (depending on class), meditation.
Honestly I'm thinking about going to try some out again for the free access to all those /sniff/ female pheromones.
Yeah I started stretching worked areas post workoutand full body streching on off days. I also do a lot of isometrics for on most days. Mobility drill are pretty much stock-in-trade for calisthenics. I did them before I ever weightlifter and I continue to do them mainly because of stiff wrists and back. Hold times are actually sort of easy to figure out for isometrics you take your max hold time and you do 3 sets of 70% of that.
And you have found yoga has extra benefits compared to just doing these?
Do you mean isometrics like cali-skills? I've just started on a few, especially front lever seems great all-round and for posture.
I've also got the stiff wrists. Went to a physio and since have been massaging forearms most days; seems to help more than anything if you're stuck there.
Yeah I heal faster. Biggest roadblock I had was running into tendonopathy every couple months then having to take a break from calisthenics. I guess you could call them skills. Particularly handstand and iron cross but I wouldn't call stuff like wallsit, back bridge and plank skills.
it makes it easier to swallow cum so you should love it.

Will yoga let me suck my own dick?
it can assuming your take your time and don't injure yourself going for it too hard or too early. It involves a lot of back and hip stretching so it might impact your ability to lift heavy things safely if you create too much flexibility in your spine
Shiva created yoga
He danced dramatically or meditated intensely in the moutains. He was having so much fun on earth. Earth was his heaven.
You just have this body meat bag, just stretch it and unwind bro. Dance to your hearts content.
I cant into any of those poses the show on the youtubes but i would like to do it so i just do Static stretches every morning until i am flexible enough. Especially my hamstrings are way too short
I messed up my back and the faggot jew doctor wanted to open me up. I opted physically rehab instead and part of it was doing yoga and I literally became 100% shortly a month later.
I legit wonder if the doctor knew it wasn't that serious
