I've started leaning towards white fish instead of chicken breast recently. Already been on the /deenz/ train for a while though.
My staple meal is usually either a roux curry or chili, with rice and chicken/fish.

Fish is great. Here's a neat trick. Put fish and chop up some veggies in some aluminum foil and bake that sucker or even put it in a grill amd close the lid. Delicous steamed goodness
that's what I do too. Put some lemon over the top, season that shit and you're good to go HNNNNNGGGGG

3 eggs omelet with vegetables between flax seed and wheat toast and a Greek yogurt

Here's a neater trick-
Buy salmon from whole foods preglazed in an aluminum pans (they put everything out fresh in the morning).
Then just stick the whole aluminum pans in your oven at 425 for 12 minutes and eat

Low sugar, low fat yogurt
Corn flakes (no sugar, no shit)
Lunch ham, low on sodium, fat and carbs
Rice biscuits
Sometimes a banana
That's all I take. I rotate between the kind of meat and side plate.
