About 60 pounds, according to lists suggesting I should be around 200 lbs at 6'2". Some charts suggest a lower weight, but we'll see how much unneeded fat I have when I get there.
I simply use sources like /fph/ as a motivator to get rid of my fat because I know deep down that I look like some of these people. And it disgusts me.
