How often should i recalculate my TDEE? Im down 5.2lbs after 2 weeks and when i updated my weight on MFP it dropped my calories to about 1500 from about 2150.

5’9 196.8lbs down from 202. I gym about 6 times a weeks including cardio twice 2-3 times a week.

did you change your goals and/or how fast you wanted to lose weight? that definitely seems wrong

Do sauna suits actually help? I plan on grabbing on to push the weight loss even further.

not for fat loss

Who performed measurements by different methods (this one, dexa, calipers) who accurate is it?
Also I know it's kinda slow for a year of progress, but I love me some gains too.
