Literally yes, like a fucking retard. I'm a wristlet and gonna start doing some forearm exercises and get some grip training things and see if that helps to fix my fucked wrist. If you also bench like I do then you should invest in some wrist straps or risk fucking up your wrists like I did.
1) my gym doesn't have a free barbell area. What you're asking me to do is awkwardly work out in the middle of a walkway or 2 inches from other equipment people are using
2) cleaning the bar is expending energy, which may be the breaking point for being able to get that last rep in or not. Not to mention it's harder to get perfect hand/wrist/forearm placement out of a clean
3) I'm OHPing more than most people squat, so fuck off

My gym does not have this. There's a 1:1 ratio of barbells to racks. It makes no difference whether or not I OHP in the rack or somewhere else, as the rack is unusable by others in either case.

Is it normal to ohp without a rack? I mean im pressing 85kg 5x5 and i cant imagine cleaning the weight every set
I've never heard of a "free barbell area". I've always done shit like rows and deadlifts just wherever I can find room on the floor. In my old uni gym this wasn't a problem since there was enough space in the weightlifting room, but in the commercial box gym I use now, the have the entire thing packed to the brim. Only area of the floor that's open to do stuff is the area being taken up by the cable crossovers and pullup bars, so you'll just end up pissing everyone off if you set up shop there.
I've never seen anyone outside Jow Forums actually clean the bar for their OHP.
I'll do it, but very rarely. Only if there are no racks and I don't feel like working in. But the thing is, I always OHP either after squatting or front squatting, so I'm always in a rack anyway, and I just continue using it since I'm already there, usually.
Not my fault my shit ymca doesnt have anywhere to do barbell ohp. Dumbells are inferior every way.

I OHP the bar with 25lbs on each side for 3x7 and i dont feel bad about it. Got to start somewhere. I can do 35s for 3 reps.
Theres no where else to OHP in my gym anywhere else your gonna hit someone in the face. its bad enough at the squat rack people will come up and start doing pullups in the middle of your set wether OHP or squat
There's only 2 racks at my gym, one is used almost exclusively for deadlifts, the other for squats. Where the fuck do you want me to OHP dude?
