Red Light Therapy

Anyone tried this for testosterone boosting? I am about to start my third week of using a red LED light for 20 to 60 minutes a day. So far I have not noticed a difference but there is supposed to be a huge spike in testosterone after 12 weeks or so. Then again, as with so many things in the fitness industry, the only people singing the praises of red light therapy are the people trying to sell it to you.

None of these meme methods of boosting test are viable and work long term.
By all means keep shining red light on yourself, eating oni0ns and avoiding onions, or not jerking off. Its just a waste a of time you could be using to research a beginner steroid cycle.

I'm not against steroid use at all and plan on getting on to TRT when I'm older. But I do want to say that I at least tried the other stuff first.

I definitely don't believe in the 0ni0ns bullshit but this is something that seems to have a bit more science behind it.

No, that is not how it works at all. You get sleepy because red light gets your body to produce more melatonin, which is the hormone that makes you fall asleep and stay asleep. But red light can also stimulate the production of new leydig cells, which in turn leads to an increase in testosterone.
