I didn't want to lift today either OP. I slept for like 3 hours last night, I've shit in my life going on that's fucking terrible. I didn't feel like lifting at all.
I went to the gym anyway, I failed at least one rep on each exercise. My hips hurt from squatting now.
Next time will be better because I went today.
