I did db shrugs for the first year or so and my traps grew nicely. Are there better exercises for maximum growth? Maybe. But regardless, your traps will grow with DB shrugs.

do these every night after i fucked up my ac joint. legit one of my favorite lifts. use like a 2.5 plate and do burnout sets. You'll never see whatever shitty little muscle this works out but your OHP and other shoulder-related lifts will improve.
