Ok so I started with a personal trainer who gave me ‘test boosters'’ which I found out later were a SARM called rad140.
Anyways I only really done bodyweight before but wanted to get bigger so this trainer trained me for 8 weeks and I feel like I have made good progress.
However the guy is adamant I don’t need excess calories and can build muscle while staying lean, through my research I found that this is most likely not true but with sarms it might be?

try doing more lateral shoulder raises, use cables aswell to get some growth on those delts
