Ok so I started with a personal trainer who gave me ‘test boosters’ which I found out later were a SARM called rad140. Anyways I only really done bodyweight before but wanted to get bigger so this trainer trained me for 8 weeks and I feel like I have made good progress. However the guy is adamant I don’t need excess calories and can build muscle while staying lean, through my research I found that this is most likely not true but with sarms it might be?

Say, can you see By the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed At the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars Through the perilous fight O'er the ramparts we watched, Were so gallantly, yeah, streaming? And the rockets' red glare The bombs bursting in air Gave proof through the night That our flag was still there O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave
