when I started I was slow cooking roasts in the crock pot while at work and drinking the liquid and that was what was causing me the shits, they went away when I stopped drinking it and then I reintroduced it later
so maybe you can try high protein until you get adapted then start upping the fat

I did the carny diet for a month, and let me tell you, if you hate pooping, this is the diet for you.

Otherwise I lost about 3-4 pounds, no other difference in my health or mental state. It's not a good diet unless you have some sort of specific reason you need to do this.

Test results for test can be misleading, as in baker's case. High test levels usually indicate shitty metabolism and uptake. On a natural (carnivorous) human diet your body gets maximally efficient at producing things like hormones and ketones with little to no excess. The negative symptoms of low T have a lot more to do with shitty uptake from endocrine disruptors than serum levels from bloodwork. You mean "serum testosterone" user. Serum testosterone can rise or decrease by a lot of proceses and is not by itself indicative of where is T put or how much T you produce. For example, some foods and compounds can break DHT into test which then appears in the serum. But breaking DHT blocks some proceses in the male physiology.
