I would start by doing extendeds /fasts/ for the first 2 months, youll lose a shit ton of that wright. Then, while youre still semi fatty but more healthy lift lift lift. Dont be surprised if you get a shit ton of lose skin though

You can get in shape but you can look A LOT better if you are in caloric deficit for 3 months. walk you have to push yourself to achieve something meaningfull

this. stick to calorie restriction for the first months. calorie restriction + strenuous exercise makes it almost impossible to stick to the former, thereby falling into an unending cycle of dieting and binge eating.
look into fasting. there are lots of good sources out there. if you do fast though, you do have to make sure that you aren't eating shit high carb, high sugar foods in your eating window though because that will negate the point of not eating for the last 20 hours
