whatever

>2400 calories
There's your problem

You ate too much
2400 is more than your tdee

This is the worst bait Ive ever seen. Sage goes in all fields lads.

2400 cal? the fuck? No. Aim for below 2000.
When i was your weight that's what I did and now im down a fair bit, still have a ways to go

>2400 calories
>”I just can’t lose weight”

Fucking fat ass, have some goddamn discipline, that’s not even a chaloric deficiency

How is that even possible with such low calories you cheating fat fuck

also how tall are you

>2,400 calories
Measured or eyeballed?
Included snacks?
Secret eater?
Also, going from couch potato to any physical activity can lead to some initial water weight gain

Unless youre 75 years old, the fact that you think walking is something worth mentioning in regards to your fitness is exactly why youre a lardass

>260 lbs
>2400kcal is not a deficiency

I strongly advise you to end your lives

b8
buy a scale, weight your food, track calories with myfitnesspal, eat whole foods, meat/fish, veggies, brown rice, etc.
For a stretch over a month I ate over 3000 Cal and only gained 4 lb lifting 3x weekly

>260 lbs of fat
>somehow burning energy

Nigga you dumb

highly depends on height. if he's a 4'10 goblin then he gets nowhere

Depends on height and sex. Might be quite a surplus for a sedentary 5' female (lifting itself doesn't burn much calories either, maybe 200 per session)

5'10
I def cheated and had big days balanced with small day but it avg to 2400 in the end.
I think my body has a set point to be 300 lbs again and fights me hard on it.

regeneration burns a shitload of cals

being a fat fuck makes you burn more energy doing even the most basic of shit. if you're 270lbs you burn over 200 calories a mile walking

I'm 178cm 80kg, 3500kcal maintenance what the fuck are you doing

More muscle eventually means somewhat higher TDEE, but that's only noticeable a year in or so, not 3 weeks

my average for a month has been 1700 at 240lbs 6'2 and i've only lost like 5 pounds, it takes time and sometimes you gain weight. measure it every day and calculate the average

>for 150,000 years human bodies worked a certain way then I came along and mine was different

Was 123kg on 7th January and 119kg on 19th... eating

itt retards fall for obvious bait

Because it's harder to move the fat. But the fat itself won't increase tdee. So if you just use total weight to calculate it the numbers are gonna be off
