nothing. i have a hard time not overeating on my bulk when i only have lunch and dinner, not gonna make those meals smaller to fit in some unneeded breakfast

i drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. How exactly are you suppose to eat low carbs if you cant have any fat then? Am I suppose to be eating 200g of protein exclusively every day?

my package says 2 slices is 500mg sodium and i usually have 6 or 8, so 1500 to 2000mg, so lets say 2g. thsi heart.org says ideal is 1500mg or less a day so im right on track, the average american has over 3400mg a day apparently which idont get anywhere near

Keep a very close eye on your sodium. At the start of your day from the bacon alone youre getting more than your rdi of sodium, which is unequivocally bad for longterm health. Just because the average american gets double the rdi doesnt mean thats okay, something like 1/8 americans ARENT metaphorically diseased; if youre an average american the wars already over for you.

Bacon is a terrible food insofar as nutrition is concerned, cut it way down. If youre just trying to get calories go for oats, eggs if youre looking for protien and an avacado or something if youre looking for fat.

im not trolling here, but why is bacon that bad? Im trying to eat low carb to lose another 15 or so lb, im 6' 170, so oats are a no go. Eggs im cool with but i do like bacon and sausage, taste wise.
