There to get upvotes you have to say things that the get the most approval possible to be considered of value, karma provides an incentive to toe the hivemind line.

Here, every user is equal. Whether its just "SS + GOMAD" "Desregard bitches get joocy" or a detailed piece of great programming advice, every comment is equal.

On reddit cookie cutter shit floats to the top, which is why programs like nsuns are popular. They aren't good, they're just easy to follow and fit their generic idea (compounds for 5 or 3 or 1, 'accessories' for 8 or 10, split muscle groups but no brosplit) of what lifting looks like. Their PPL is the same.

The problem with these routines isnt what's in them, it's what isnt. They are the same shit, every week. If you wanna stall hard, do exactly the same shit every week.

The truth is you should change up all your lifts, rep ranges, etc every 4-6 weeks for max growth and to keep lifting interesting, and lift by feel. You'll get stronger. It's just classic reddit, software engineers learning how to do shit by trawling through the internet at work instead of the way learning works best, by doing. Learn to lift in the gym, learn to be an athlete at the track or on the field, you wont learn shit on boards like this OR reddit.
