Post something you're proud of related to fitness.
I'll start
>Tuesday bet four friends I could squat more than all of them combined
>need to hit 460 lbs
>50 lbs over my max
>just PR'd at 435
>feeling good, going for 465 now
Wish me luck

I’m proud I haven’t quit the gym after almost 3 years despite very, very little progression. I need to eat more, fuck.
OP here. Got it!
Good app to make phone vids to webm?
If you can't eat it all, literally just drink milk with every meal, like 9 cups a day. You'll def put on a noticeable amount of fat but at least the gains are sure to happen
Can confirm. Drinking a quart of milk with every meal is easy gains but it's also one of the reasons my weight loss is so slow.
iPhone or Android?
android
VLC gets the job done in that respect.
What kind of shitty half assed training have you been doing that you can just up and hit a 50 pound PR randomly? Go fuck yourself.
>Milk.
If I just weren’t a genelet...
I haven't maxed in over a year.
i lost 5lb in like a week and a half and it felt pretty good
just started my cut

jfc how can there not be a simple mp4->webm app that lets you choose output file size, codec, and format. I can't seem to get anything to meet all 3 requirements to post on mobile.
do it at home man
use webm for retards
its ok
I can do it via command line easy enough jut I was hoping not to have to move the original file around so much.
Finally got to a PC. Need to work on webm skills.
Almost good, but doesn’t count.
Did I bounce at the bottom too much?
Never mind, it is good enough. I was just being fault-finding about your right leg’s subtle misalignment at the reversal of your motion.
oh shit you really did it
gj op
explain? I've never competed so I don't know technicals.
18 days into routine. longest i have ever lasted. today I actually looked forward to exercising. enjoyed it the whole time. it was a good feeling.
Amazing
Good job OP
Pay attention to how your right leg moves a bit inward when you begin to drive the weight upward and your left stays rather static.
You may want to bring your arms in. It can help with stability and tightness. But, flexibility and height factor in so whatever.
oh yeah, that is pretty bad. How to fix? Also, when to look into sleeves/wraps?
6'4" and very inflexible. That's about what I can do but I'll try pulling in more.
Eating carbs, meat, dairy, grains, potatoes and ice cream and fried foods whenever i want and loosing weight becuase of portion control
mirin
I have to fast because I can't not eat a ton in a sitting.
>still eating like 150g carbs or more a day and losing weight
based and caloriepilled
This year I climbed some pretty cool shit.
>Pic related is me
Stolen Chimney on Ancient Arts, this cool free-standing 300 foot sandstone spire in Moab. I got into rock climbing about three years ago, and this year I climbed two big multi-pitch climbs outdoors. Other one was Castleton Tower, also in Moab. They're fairly difficult climbs-- there are definitely much harder multi-pitch climbs there, but you also need to be pretty good to climb these guys. Also, the planning and logistics involved in trips like these make me feel proud.
Also climbed 2 big mountains in 2018-- not many compared to 2017 (5,) but this year I'm planning on more.
nah at 6' 4" you're good. I'm 5'9" so, you're definitely fine
That’s a sign you can’t handle the weight just yet, happens to me too when I up my plates and I can only perform like 6 of the originally planed 8. I don’t know about sleeves/wraps as I don’t consider them necessary.
Climbing is so cool. I used to love it when I weighed a lot less but I never got deep into it being in the midwest. I still try to get out to Giant City in Carbondale IL every so often but that's nothing like your climbs.
